Ingredients
- 650 ml Everclear (or vodka)
- Peels from 6-8 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add lemon peels and Everclear (or vodka) to a large jar.
- Let the mixture infuse for 30 days in a cool dark place, like the pantry or cupboard.
- Strain out the peels.
- Make simple syrup (heat sugar and water until dissolved, then cool).
- Combine syrup with infused alcohol, to taste.
- Let it rest for another week.
- Place in the freezer before serving.
