It’s thyme for cocktail, it’s truly a delight: the Holiday Thyme Sour

Servings 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 oz gin I used @hendricksgin
  • 3/4 oz Italicus
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz thyme syrup
  • Pinch of salt try @saltverk thyme
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme plus more to garnish
  • 1 nutmeg to garnish
Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients above.
  • Dry shake without ice, approx. 20 seconds.
  • Add ice and shake again
  • Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  • Garnish with fresh nutmeg on top & a fresh thyme sprig
