Guinness Espresso Martini
This Guinness Espresso Martini is a rich, creamy twist on the classic espresso martini made with Guinness stout, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, and fresh espresso. Ingredients
  • 2 oz Guinness preferably Guinness Draught
  • oz vanilla vodka
  • ¾ oz coffee liqueur
  • ½ oz maple syrup or vanilla bean syrup
  • oz freshly brewed espresso chilled
  • Ice
Instructions
  • Brew espresso and allow it to cool slightly so it’s not piping hot.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the Guinness, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup (or vanilla syrup), and espresso.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with three espresso beans or chocolate shavings.
