Coconut Rum Cream Jello-tini
Tastes like: a boozy coconut cream pie

Ingredients
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream stirred until smooth
  • ½ cup chilled white rum or coconut rum
Instructions
  • In a heatproof bowl, add 2 packets of unflavored gelatin.
  • Pour over ½ cup boiling water, whisking until fully dissolved.
  • Stir in coconut cream until fully combined and smooth.
  • Let the mixture cool to room temperature (about 5 minutes).
  • Gently stir in chilled rum.
  • Pour into coupe glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
