Carrot Margarita

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. carrot juice
  • 2 oz. mezcal
  • 2 oz. tequila blanco
  • 1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Verde Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. agave syrup (or try cinnamon syrup)
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled, then strain into two ice-filled glasses.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel, orange slice, or a Tajín rim if you want a little extra kick.
