Blue Curaçao Vodka Lemonade Jello-tini
Tastes like: a beachy lemonade with a citrus kick

Ingredients
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ¾ cup lemonade
  • ¾ cup Blue Curaçao
  • ½ cup chilled citrus vodka
Instructions
  • In a heatproof bowl, add 2 packets of gelatin.
  • Pour over ½ cup boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  • Stir in lemonade and Blue Curaçao.
  • Let cool to room temp.
  • Gently stir in chilled citrus vodka.
  • Pour into coupes and refrigerate 4+ hours until set.
