Aperol Spritz

A classic, colorful, bubbly bitter spritz for sipping all summer long.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. Prosecco
  • 2 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. soda water
Instructions
  • Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Prosecco first, followed by the Aperol.
  • Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
  • Garnish with a fresh orange slice and serve immediately.
