Fall Syrup & Infusion Cheat Sheet

Cinnamon Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
Simmer 5–10 minutes, let cool, strain. Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge.
Easy Pumpkin Cold Foam
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp milk (any)
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp pumpkin spice
Froth until thick and foamy. Perfect for topping coffee or dessert cocktails.
Cinnamon-Infused Whiskey
Add 2–3 cinnamon sticks to a 375ml bottle of whiskey.
Infuse 3–5 days (taste daily), then strain. Spicy, warming, and shelf-stable.
Apple Spice Syrup
1 cup apple cider
½ cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick + 2–3 cloves
Simmer until slightly thickened, strain. Great in spritzes or margaritas.
Toasted Pecan Infused Bourbon
Lightly toast ½ cup pecans in a pan.
Add to a mason jar with 375 ml bourbon.
Infuse 3–4 days, strain. Nutty and buttery—perfect for Old Fashioneds.
Pear-Vanilla Syrup
Simmer until pears are soft, strain. Adds delicate sweetness to spritzes or margaritas.
1 ripe pear, diced
1 cup sugar + 1 cup water
½ vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Rosemary-Orange Tequila
Peel of 1 orange (no white pith) + 2 rosemary sprigs in 375 ml tequila blanco.
Infuse 2–3 days, strain. Bright, herbal, and great for margaritas.
Vanilla-Pear Vodka
1 ripe pear (sliced) + ½ vanilla bean in 375 ml vodka.
Infuse 5–7 days, strain. Perfect for martinis or spritzes.
